In all standalone DECIEM stores from November 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 during local operating hours . The November Promotion will not be available at Deciem/The Ordinary branded counters located within our retail partners’ stores.

Excluding November 24, 2023 from 12am EST to 11:59pm EST when The Ordinary, NIOD and Deciem websites will be closed and our standalone stores will be transaction-free for the entire day (the “Blackout Period”).
During the Promotion Period, each customer (cardholder, household) will be limited to 5 units per product (i.e. SKU) and 5 units per product set, and limited to a total of 30 units total per order, at the promotional price and the promotion does not apply to gift cards (the “Promotional Limits
”). Any products purchased in excess of the Promotional Limits may be purchased at their original price and such purchases shall be subject to DECIEM’s standard Terms and Conditions (which can be found at https://deciem.com/ca/terms.html).
We cannot guarantee product availability or restock. The November Promotion applies to available products and stock at the time of purchase (excluding gift cards), no rainchecks. The November Promotion is not valid on purchases outside of the Promotion Period and no price adjustments will be made.
Products purchased during the Promotion Period may be returned for a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy found at https://deciem.com/ca/returns.html. Returned items will be refunded to the original method of payment used at checkout, at the price paid. Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of the order being placed and within our service hours (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5 PM EST/GMT). While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will try our best to accommodate where possible. Please note, we have very limited support on weekends and public/bank holidays.
The November Promotion cannot be combined with other offers (unless otherwise specified in such other offer), is non-transferable and there is no cash value or alternatives.
DECIEM reserves the right in its sole discretion to (i) discontinue this offer/promotion at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of promotional redemptions online or in-store. The November Promotion is available to all global customers residing in countries that we are currently shipping to.
