Though the practice of journaling is much in vogue, claims about its benefits remain somewhat modest. A journal isn’t simply an aid to memory. Properly kept, a journal is a laboratory of the self; a place to test out ideas, spot recurring patterns of thought, and – over time – to allow our unconscious mind to speak to us in a language we can finally understand.
We’ve just released two new journals, available in sage and burgundy. Use them as a place to capture, tame and explore everything that might otherwise flap restlessly or unfruitfully in the mind; a privileged repository of all that you feel, remember, think – and are.
