To My Plant Family,
As has become tradition, I wanted to take a moment this Thanksgiving to share my heartfelt gratitude for you and your support of The Sill. We wouldnβt be where we are without you, our community, and for that I am incredibly thankful.
Iβve recently found myself reflecting on the lessons Iβve learned as a Plant Parent. Not so much about how to care for plants, but how caring for plants has made me a better person. Our motto is Plants Make People Happy, but itβs so much more than that β caring for houseplants teaches important life lessons, like patience, resilience, and curiosity.
It sounds a bit dramatic, I know (or at least a bit crunchy). But anyone whoβs experienced the excitement of seeing a new leaf unfurl, or worked hard to nurture a dying plant back to life, or had the joy of experimenting with new propagation techniques knows what I mean.
The transformative power of nature is not to be underestimated, and Iβm so thankful to be able to play a small part in bringing the outdoors into your home. Thank you for being a part of The Sill family.
Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with joy, gratitude, and a blissfully relaxing post-turkey nap!
With greenest regards,
Eliza Blank
