Key updates include: Coach AI Feature (Section 12): New terms governing our AI-powered coaching feature, including how your data is processed, AI output accuracy disclosures, device connectivity, and health-related acknowledgments.
- Dispute Resolution (Section 13): Updated provisions governing how disputes between you and Therabody are resolved. Section 13 includes an agreement to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis, a waiver of class action and representative proceedings, and a one-year limitation period for bringing claims, among other provisions. If you do not wish to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by sending written notice to info@therabody.com within thirty (30) days of receiving this email. Please read Section 13 carefully.
Limitation of Liability (Section 15): Updated liability caps and carve-outs.

By continuing to access or use the Therabody website, app, or services after July 3, 2026, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services. If you wish to object to the updated Terms, you may notify us at info@therabody.com within thirty (30) days of learning of the revised Terms, at which point you agree to stop using our services other than continued use of a product you purchased before learning of the revised Terms.
