I wanted to share a quick note about the upcoming name change of our best-selling Dew Drops serum.
First off, thank you for all your incredible support. We’ve loved hearing your feedback, and we know so many of you love the name as much as we do. It truly means a lot to us!
While we aren’t changing the formula, we are changing the name of Dew Drops. Unfortunately, we don’t ‘own’ the name Dew Drops, and there are other brands out there using the same name. Navigating the legal steps to trademark would be a long and costly battle, and as a small business, that’s not something we're able to take on. Knowing this is one of our best-sellers, we wanted a name we could truly call our own.
After receiving many messages from customers describing the texture to be jelly-like (thanks to that ultra-hydrating blend of tremella mushroom + red algae), we thought this could be an opportunity to change the name to something that also better captures the unique texture of the serum.
Rest assured the formula isn’t changing—but the name is, and we’d love your input.
We’ll be announcing the new name later this summer, and we’re so excited to share it with all of you. Again, thank you for your amazing support of our small business.
