*The Points that you earned in the Timberland Community Program, as of 4/30/2024, have been converted into Rewards. Rewards can be used by you (or “Member”) for the purchase of merchandise at a Timberland store in the U.S. or at timberland.com. Each 250 Points will result in a Reward with a value of $25. (Points were not rounded up in calculating the value of the Rewards; you should review your Program account at timberland.com
to determine the current, actual value of Rewards available to you).
Points expire within (1) year of date of shipment (beginning no earlier than the start of the point redemption period); and, if not redeemed by such deadline, Points/Rewards are void and will be forfeited without compensation to you. You are strongly advised to make a record of the applicable date as Timberland may not provide further notification prior to expiration of your Points/Rewards.
Redemption of a Reward is subject to Timberland’s verification of Member’s identity and Reward issuance as determined in Timberland’s sole discretion. To redeem Reward at timberland.com, Member must be logged into their Program account. To redeem Reward at Timberland store, acceptable proof includes this Rewards email from Timberland or account look up by store associate. If Member credentials are not provided at time of transaction, Member must pay for merchandise in full and Reward CANNOT be redeemed by Member for such transaction at a later time.
Rewards are only redeemable in increments of $25. The value of Rewards redeemed in a given transaction must be equal to or less than the price of the merchandise purchased in such transaction; accordingly, the minimum transaction amount for redeeming Rewards is $25. Member must pay for the difference utilizing another form of payment. Up to $300 in Rewards value may be redeemed by Member per transaction. A Member may redeem Rewards in a maximum of 10 transactions over a 30-day period.
Once Reward is redeemed by Member, the corresponding number of Points will be deducted from their Program account.
Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Rewards are intended to function solely as a payment toward the listed purchase price of Timberland merchandise and are not currency or legal tender. Reward is not a gift card.
If lost or stolen, Reward will only be replaced upon Member’s provision of valid identification as determined in Timberland’s sole discretion.
