This new mix of flavors comes from the co-fermentations—a cinnamon co-ferment from Sebastian Ramirez and a green apple co-ferment from Jairo Arcila. Those are blended with a tasty washed coffee from a group of women producers in Quindio.
The result? Notes of strawberry, brown sugar, and of course those cinnamon and green apple flavors. We’re not complaining about their gorgeous packaging, either.
