I hope you’re enjoying a nourishing and grounded summer. As the air warms around me, I find myself thinking deeply about what this season means: a time to gather, to slow down, and to deepen our connection to the land.
At west~bourne, sustainability has always been our guiding star. More than ever, I’m feeling called to evolve how we show up for our planet, our community, and your kitchen.
We’re working on some incredible launches behind the scenes, from collaborations to seasonal products. Coming soon: something delicious to sip on...
In the meantime, here are a few of my selections for summer cooking and conscious living:
