Camilla here, chef and founder of west~bourne. With the holidays in full swing, I wanted to share how we spent most of 2024 crafting our regenerative holiday box, finally launched and ready for your gifting this season. - Canyon Coffee x Cafe Telegrama beans, regeneratively grown, this hand selected brew emanates from one of our favorite spots in LA, a new classic for our hometown, and roasted around the corner with notes of chocolate and stone fruit.
- Our beloved small batch butter is back this time with summer strawberries and chiles plucked from The Ecology Center, a vibrant spread for your morning pastry with a whisper of heat.
- A brief return of our crop pancake and waffle mix from our old restaurant days made from upcycled buckwheat flour thanks to our friends at Lil’ Bucks for a nostalgic moment of delight and nourishment.
- And of course, our own west~bourne 100% pure avocado oil - my everyday staple as a chef - for a rich finish on your pancakes or waffle or a simple yet luxurious touch to any dish.
This box is more than just a gift—it’s a celebration of conscious living, nature’s gifts, and the peaceful moments we cherish most. We hope to transport you to the farms and land of sunny California, sharing the warmth and bounty with your winter table.
