What’s your morning routine like? "My morning routine starts with a quick breathwork session (1-2 minutes if I'm lucky and wake up early enough), followed by drinking three glasses of water. I then take a men's multivitamin, CLA, omega-3, and vitamin K2 + D (to protect the heart), and finally, I jam out to Glass Animals during my commute into Manhattan."
