What’s your morning routine like? "I wake up around 6 a.m., have a high-protein breakfast with coffee, and add collagen powder to my coffee. After feeding my daughter, I head off to work."
What time do you typically like to work out? How many times a week? "Midday to afternoon. I work out 4 times a week."
What’s your cool-down/recovery routine look like? Any products to help with recovery? "I do a post-workout stretch and foam rolling. On days off, I focus on active recovery, such as walking or yoga. I use creatine and whey protein to aid in recovery, along with prioritizing sleep." |
