Your first workout is going to be hard.
Your first week eating clean is going to be hard.
Your first night going to bed early is going to be hard.
Your first time letting go of a usual stressor is going to be hard.
Breaking patterns and learning new ones is hard. Similarly, returning to past healthy habits can bring their own kind of hardship, too.
Maybe you missed a workout last week, or maybe youβre eating more wings than you planned while watching the Big Game. Instead of beating yourself up over either of them, commit to getting back to your routine tomorrow. Remember to live a little in the process.
Jumpstart your journey to the gym by finding a seasoned lifter to buddy up with and split the cost of a trainer with a fellow novice. Find your crew in a group class or seek a gym that prides itself on community. I touch on this in our

It doesnβt matter where you start. Just start.
