In the rush of daily life, it's easy to get swept up in the noise, focusing on immediate tasks and forgetting the bigger picture. Reflection allows us to step back and see where we are versus where we want to be.
Over the past few days, we’ve talked about what it feels like to be stuck and how Writing for Being is a journey that invites you to slow down, reflect on your values, and make intentional choices about the life you want to create.
But today, I want to ask yourself and write down the answer to one simple question: What’s your next step?
We all reach a point where we know something needs to change. Maybe you’ve felt that way for a while—knowing deep down that the way things are going isn’t working. The routines, the distractions, the endless busyness that never seems to lead anywhere… It's exhausting. And yet, making that change can feel daunting.
