To help you do that, here’s a small exercise you can try this weekend:
First, take 15 minutes to write down a “small win” you’ve had recently—something you did that felt really good and aligned with your values or goals, no matter how small.
Once you’ve identified it, ask yourself:
- Why did this feel like a win?
- What values or goals did it reflect?
- How can I build more moments like this into my life?
This simple exercise can help you start noticing where your actions align with your deeper self—and where they might not.
