Hello [Name],
As the days grow longer and the light starts to shift, it's a good time to look back at what drew your attention through the winter.
Your index is a kind of table of contents for your inner life, what you were interested in, what caught your attention, where your focus was.
Let's take a few minutes and read through it slowly (feel free to update it too while you're there).
Every collection in your index started because something mattered to you enough to give it a page. A trip you were dreaming up, a skill you wanted to explore, a reading list that kept growing over long conversations with friends.
Some of those collections are still alive in you. You're still turning to them, still adding to them, still feeling that original spark when you flip to the page.
And then there are the others, the ones that served you through the colder months but have since gone still. The page is still there, but the energy behind it has melted away with the last of the snow. That's alright. That's just how seasons turn.
Today's journal prompt will help you turn the season.
