What does my ideal morning actually look like?
Open to a fresh page and write that question at the top. Then let the answer come.
Write down everything that makes a morning feel like yours. The twenty minutes before anyone else is awake, the coffee you actually sit down with, the few pages you write before you open anything with a notification.
Then write down what pulls you away from that.
Do you get stuck scrolling on your phone before your feet hit the floor?
Does your email inbox swallow the first hour before you've had a chance to think?
Sit with what you've written and if you feel inspired, write down what actions you'd like to take.
That's all for today. One more practice to go tomorrow.
Spring cleaning with you,
The Bullet Journal Team
P.S. If this kind of reflection feels good and you'd like a place to build a morning ritual alongside others, that's really what
Bullet Journal® Foundation was built for.
It's a guided program with group rituals, live calls, and a community of people who are there to support each other. If this sounds like it could help, we'd love to see you inside.
