We're reaching out to share some exciting news about future updates to your Calendly experience, scheduled to roll out starting February 27.
Last month, we refreshed the Calendly UI, introducing more intuitive Event Type editing and improved Availability settings, all while maintaining the powerful scheduling capabilities you rely on. To ensure a smooth transition, we wanted to ensure there was enough time to adjust to the refreshed Calendly and provide 30-day notice before updating your managed events with the new UI.

Check out the UI changes below.

Refreshed sections: Weβre reorganizing specific fields into new sections to create a consistent look and feel across all your Event Types. Not to worry, your existing functionality remains intact! The changes include:

Duration moves from Availability to Event Details

Event link moves from Event Details to Booking page options

Booking page options will contain Invitee questions, Confirmation page, and Payment options.

| Rest assured, the field settings (locked or unlocked) you've already chosen for active managed events will stay the same. However, if you edit a managed event, the field settings will reset, requiring you to customize them again.

New availability options: We've expanded your options for setting up availability to work with your unique scheduling needs β and soon, you can use the new holidays feature while still customizing your hours in your managed events.

| New preview booking experience: Weβll roll out these enhancements starting the week of February 27 and all users in your organization will receive a notification in the Managed Events tab of their Calendly accounts once the update is live.
What's Next? Weβll roll out these enhancements the week of February 12 and Calendly users will receive a notification in their Calendly accounts.
