- Comfort: Find comfort in something (a cup of tea or time in bed)
- Action: Take a small action that might make you feel better (make your bed, meditate)
- Notice: How did that action make you feel? Any shifts in your mood?
- Talk: Reach out to someone and tell them how you feel (isolating feels tempting but rarely helps)
