Yup, our OG, bestselling Haldi Doodh Masala has a new name: Golden Milk Spice Blend. Same potent Pragati Turmeric, same bright flavor—just a name that helps it shine even brighter, especially as we grow into more grocery shelves.
What the West calls Golden Milk is originally Haldi Doodh (literally translating to “turmeric milk”), the healing drink of innumerable South Asian grandmothers. Calling this blend Haldi Doodh Masala was our resilient ode to the childhood beverage we’ve always known. While that will always be the OG, as this spice biz grows, we’re also deeply aware of the responsibility of balancing cultural roots with accessibility. So, say hello to our Golden Milk Spice Blend, different only in name, still strongly rooted in the generational knowledge and delicious recipes of our grandmothers.
This blend is endlessly versatile:
🥞 Add to French toast, pancake, or waffle batter for a bright, zhuzhed up brekkie!

Bad golden milk lattes were what first pushed me to start this spice biz. When I couldn’t find a version that tasted like home, I took it upon myself to find high quality turmeric, and better spices. I’m so thrilled I now get to bring y’all sunshine in a cup!
