Hey there,
Hugh here – co-founder of ELEAT.
One of the top questions I get is: how do I actually eat ELEAT? Truth is, I keep it pretty simple, but I’ve got a couple of little twists that make it work for me:
Overnight Oats
I’ll soak them in cow’s milk (or almond milk). Don’t forget to mix with a fork. Then in the morning add berries and a handful of our granola or cereal for extra crunch. If I’ve got a workout planned, I’ll have a bit of a bigger portion - maybe 1.5x-2x standard amount.
Cereal
When I’m on the go, I just have it with milk in one of our seriously convenient pots. But if I’m at home, I love sprinkling it on top of a shake or yoghurt bowl – it gives me that crunch, plus a nice protein hit that makes it feel like a proper meal.
Granola
This one’s my evening fix. I’ll add a handful on top of some yoghurt with a drizzle of honey and frozen mango. It hits the sweet spot but still keeps me full. Way better than raiding the chocolate draw… or in my case the freezer for white chocolate magnums.
So that’s how I do it. Lots of variety and a couple of personal touches to make sure I never get bored and always hit my protein goals. Hopefully that gives you some inspiration on how you can level up your breakfast!
Cheers,
