Hugh here from ELEAT. I wanted to share how I've shaped my morning routine. Now, I am by no means an expert or pro athlete - just trying to keep fit and stay healthy while trying to run a business.
Most weekday mornings I’m up at 5:30–6am. Straight into a CrossFit session for an hour, then it’s collagen protein gel/protein shake post workout.
After that, my real fuel comes in: overnight oats, a flat white coffee and a litre of water. That combo keeps me steady through the morning - no crashes, no scrambling for snacks.
Recently, I’ve added 10g of creatine (not just for muscle recovery, but brain performance too) and some nootropics. Little tweaks, but they’ve made a big difference.
I share this because I believe mornings set the tone for everything. A strong routine, with simple fuel, changes how you show up the rest of the day.
