I couldn‘t wait until the end of month to tell you that Figarc is officially out of beta! 🎉
With Figarc hitting this exciting milestone, my brain is buzzing with new ideas to make it even better, and the product roadmap is growing faster than weeds in spring!

Let‘s jump to the good stuff now.
50% reduction in layers
Thanks to Figma boolean variables, Figarc now relies on toggling the visibility of relevant layers during theme switch. So, each furniture piece now contains about 50% fewer layers. This enhancement will prove beneficial as more furniture pieces are added in future. Your RAM will thank you for that.

Miyazaki-inspired textures
I’ve added 15 new seamless floor textures. The best part? They’re all semi-transparent! This means you can layer colors beneath them, giving you endless texture possibilities. Think of carpet texture in different colors or parquet texture in different shades of brown.

Video intro
You can now watch a four-minute video of me stumbling through a brief tour of Figarc. Quite an achievement for a video amateur like me.

Figarc guide
The website has a new section - Guide. For now, there are only two tutorials, but more will come in the next few months.

Price update
It’s still the same rounded number of 100, but the currency switched from Euros to US dollars. According to today’s exchange rate, that’s a sweet -8,18 % discount. 😊
