This week we introduced Gemini 2.0 — our most capable AI model yet, designed for the agentic era. Our first model in this new family is an experimental version of Gemini 2.0 Flash, which is available now for developers. Gemini users can use that same model on the web, and Gemini Advanced users also now have access to Deep Research, our new tool that completes multi-step research for you.
Gemini 2.0 is also being used in new research prototypes, including Project Astra, which explores the future capabilities of a universal AI agent. There’s so much more to learn — hit the link for all the updates!
