Five years ago this week, me and Heights co-founder Joel sat down together (at my mum's kitchen table, no less) and started a company. And it began with a newsletter about your brain.
We weren’t sure then what company we would build, but given our personal experiences with mental health and gut health, we knew we wanted to work in the wellness space. A newsletter seemed like a good place to start.
With the help of our incredible science partners, Dr Tara Swart and Sophie Medlin RD, we developed two products—the two products you know today. It took a long time, but now, delivering those products, and this newsletter, to tens of thousands? Worth it.
