In the North Marais neighborhood, the owner's true essence comes through, sharing his coffee and photography expertise. Having photographed a full book on the third coffee wave in Paris, Fringe brings the owner's two true loves in one. Rotating artworks and photographs adorn the café's relaxing environment, which is mostly Scandinavian-inspired, including the menu.
