I know this past year has certainly not been easy for any of us. In that time, I’ve taken stock of the state of our nation, and here’s what I’ve concluded:
The right has a 24/7 outrage machine online. They are casting Donald Trump as an agent of change, yet he has delivered nothing but empty promises for the American people.
Democrats must improve our ability to convey our message and reach every American — including Gen Z. They are the heart of my vision for the future, and we must do a better job of connecting with them.
That is why I have decided to revive my team’s social media operation, KamalaHQ.
It will now be known as Headquarters.
I am so proud of what we built in 2024 — and how KamalaHQ innovated online and brought new, young voters into the conversation.
Our movement has always been bigger than one candidate. So let me be clear: We must be where the people are, and these platforms help ensure our voices stay loud and our fight continues.
The goal of these accounts is to keep delivering the latest information. It will not just be bad news — it will be good news too — about the everyday Americans who are standing up to fight for the right of the people to participate in their democracy.
This is a moment to organize, and this is how we will do it.
