💬 Your Questions, Answered 💬 |
|
|
Q: Halloween is approaching. If I let my kid eat sugar, will they become addicted? |
A: No, letting your child eat more sugar than usual on Halloween will not create an addiction. Is This Normal Expert and Registered Dietitian, MS, RD, CDN, Ali Bandier, recommends making Halloween choices that you feel good about so you can enjoy too! |
Q: How do you manage food in the lead up to trick or treating? |
A: Your kids are going to be excited, so it’s always a good idea to go with a classic family recipe that your kids are willing to eat and enjoy. Make sure you are stabilizing their blood sugar so they aren’t craving all the sugary treats, says Little Spoon advisor and Registered Dietitian, MS, RD, CDN, Stephanie Middleberg.
