Reaching out to introduce myself, I’m Denise, the West Coast Account Executive for Soft Services. My journey began at the company over a year ago, about the same time we (Soft Services) launched at Sephora, when Rebecca (our founder) connected with me over LinkedIn. Before joining Soft Services, I had already been working in the field for over a decade and actually got my start at Sephora while getting my esthetician's license, which lead to opportunities as an account executive in makeup and skincare. I love being within Sephora stores, helping clients, running store events, and providing education and training to the Sephora staff on our products.
I’m thrilled to be a part of this innovative brand. I clearly have a bias now, but I’ve admired Soft Services—who deliver the best-in-class of body care—for their passion, attention to detail in design, and product development long before I began my role here. I’m excited that Sephora has recognized that innovation as well!
Now that we’re acquainted, I also wanted to let you know about some updates you can expect to see in store. Buffing Bar and our Bestsellers Discovery Set are still available in 400 stores nationwide, but you’ll now be able to try and shop for Carea Cream and Theraplush “Hold” in stores. We aren’t available at all Sephora stores yet, so feel free to check out our store locator to find a location near you.
Soft Services displays at Beverly Drive, Century City, and The Americana. Your local Sephora may now carry Carea Cream, Theraplush "Hold," or both!
