Along the Cradle Coast, one of the coolest wine regions of Tasmania, lives Ghost Rock. Here, a stretch of Port Sorell Road once wound past a stone that stirred up local legend—tales of white clad ghosts spooking travellers as they passed by. This folklore lives on through each vintage of cool-climate fruit, slow winemaking, and ultimately well put-together wines. Pleasantly haunting to those who indulge. Go forth.
