We often get asked why we’re so passionate about single origin coffees. Our answer: their complex, unique flavors, seasonality, and our direct connections with the sourcing regions, cooperatives, farms, and producers.
Each single origin coffee has a distinct flavor profile influenced by its variety, region, climate, elevation, and processing method. Like any fruit, coffee has a peak season, so our single origins appear and disappear from the menu as their seasons come and go.
We’re thrilled whenever a new or returning single origin arrives. Though its time on our menu may be limited, every cup embodies our commitment to sourcing the highest quality coffees through Direct Trade relationships and paying fair, often above premium prices to our producing partners..
