Now since it's Sunday, let me actually share what I'm seeing this year. Skip reflecting on 12 years - let me tell you what matters right now for your training.
Fueling Your Workouts
Performance nutrition has always been our DNA.
I started The Feed because when I was running a Tour de France team, it hit me that having one brand sponsor fuel 30 riders all year was actually a performance disadvantage. No single brand is perfect for every athlete. That's insane to even think.
Everyone has different needs. Different flavors they love. Different textures they can't stand. Different stomachs.
