Health and Wellness is merging with Fitness Performance. Just this week I shared how we are all going to going from 5g to 10g or even 15g of Creatine per day in 2026.
I'm excited to bring you the same brutal honesty I give you about gels and protein, applied to your entire fitness and wellness journey.
I don't have all the answers yet. But I'll test everything myself, talk to actual experts, and tell you what's real versus marketing BS.
