I'm going to save you the cliche spiel about New Year, New You.
If you want a new you, start with sleep.
Peter Attia said it best: "If I had to choose one to save, it would be sleep. Not even close."
He was talking about the big three—diet, exercise, and sleep. If you could only protect one, which would it be? For the guy who wrote the book on longevity (literally), the answer is sleep. No contest.
I thought I was genetically predisposed to poor sleep. Turns out, I can actually control my sleep. All last year, I was obsessed with figuring out how.
Trust me, everyone at The Feed office thought I was nuts all last year.
I'm embarrassed to share how much I spent on every sleep product on Instagram. My entire feed was sleep stuff and I bought it all. Headbands. Sleep masks. Hot chocolate drinks before bed. Every gummy you can imagine.
Surprise. Almost none of it worked.
I get it. Sleep is hard (and is hard to fix).
Everyone has a different reason why they struggle with sleep and equally as many ways their sleep is affected—can't fall asleep, can't stay asleep, can't get deep restorative sleep.
Over all of last year I tested everything, and there were a few ingredients that worked. We blended them together to create Dream Shot, and nobody was more surprised than I was with the results.

Week 1: I didn't take any Dream Shot.
Week 2: I took Dream Shot right at bedtime each night.
The results are hard to argue with.
My sleep score jumped from 75 to 89—that's a 19% increase. But what really matters is what happened with my REM sleep.
When my time in REM sleep is up, I know 100% I'll have a good day, be productive in training and at work. With Dream Shot, my REM was up 25%—going from 107 minutes to 134 minutes per night.
I also saw that deep sleep was up 29% (58 minutes to 75 minutes), but for me, I've seen this go up and down and it doesn't necessarily correlate to how good I feel the next day. Sometimes with a lot of deep sleep, I couldn't really wake up all day.
But REM? That's my number. More REM = more recovery.
Our athletes are constantly reporting over 20% more REM sleep with Dream Shot. For me, that's much more important than an actual sleep score. More REM = more recovery, and in my experience, this is the number that guarantees me I'll have a good day and feel rested and recovered.

P.S. I have been also adding Pillar Triple Magnesium to my bedtime routine as my recent blood tests says I was deficient in some types of magnesium, so that is the one product I recommend you considering combining with Dream Shot.
P.S.S. I use Eight Sleep to track my sleep data (that's how I got all the numbers above). I do love it, but it's also expensive. If you have the budget, getting something to control your bed temperature is a great addition, but my testing was all on an Eight Sleep with it auto-setting the temperatures, so it isn't the reason for the improvements.
I would say that the Eight Sleep pillow covers that heat and cool are where it's at. I bet most people would get 90% of the benefit from the pillow covers, and they're still expensive at $1K, but way less than the whole setup. But right now they don't let you buy the pillow standalone, which seems like a huge miss to me to expand their customer base.
