We wish there were a magic cure or fix for those sticky, uncomfortable, why-is-everything-going-wrong days, but sadly, there isnβt. *Sigh*
And trying to force yourself to βsnap out of itβ or turn the day around doesnβt usually do anything but add more fuel to the bad-mood fire. So next time you feel like trash, try to:
