How I Use the Vest
I prefer driveway training — dynamic movements up and down — in a weight vest.
- The straps feel like my ruck (perfect).
- The weight stays stable when I’m running to the stop sign and back.
- During burpees, it doesn’t slide.
- I can actually breathe because we cut big holes in the iron — so you can push even harder and still breathe OK-ish. Repeat often to breathe even better!
