| No season is more primed for a splash of color than summer. Shed those darker layers and show ROYGBIV some love. —Jordan Bowman, commerce editor |

The New Arrivals GQ Editors Are Shopping This Week |
- This summer, I’m outside (manifesting). For gym runs, office commutes, and long weekends in upstate New York, Saint Laurent’s spacious bowling tote can hold all my essentials (and aspirations of a getaway).
- I wear black 90% of the year. Summer accounts for the other 10%, and this season I’m fixated on the sun-soaked hues of Loewe’s cotton zip-up and Bather’s seersucker swim trunk.
- An easy cheat to look put-together when it’s scorching hot? A knitted tee. The comfort of a T-shirt with the dressiness of a knit. Take, for example: John Smedley.
- Forgive us, but we’ll be living in oversized shorts for the next few months. These paint-splattered jorts from Acne are going with everything: flowy linen shirts, unlined blazers, vintage tees, Knicks jerseys. I could go on.
- Buck Mason rarely misses, and this flowy linen fatigue shirt is the perfect lightweight overshirt as the temperature shifts.
- Sharper lasts usually mean a dressier shoe, but Edward Green’s faded-blue loafer tempers all that formality with a soft hand and an easygoing hue. Pair ‘em with everything from trousers to destroyed light wash jeans.
