Almost ten years ago—wow, time flies—I discovered mindfulness practices in the most unexpected place: a CrossFit stretching session. It made me feel amazing for the rest of the day.
When someone in class mentioned it was "just like yoga," my journey began. From yoga, I moved to meditation, and then to journaling.
Through exploring many mindfulness techniques, I eventually found the one that fits me best.
