We frequently get comments asking why someone should spend $199 on a Popper when they could just use a regular pot. It's a fair question.
But if you make popcorn in a pot, it just doesn’t compare to using the Popsmith. The constant shaking back and forth, the worry you’ll burn most of the kernels…the method leaves a lot to be desired.
That’s why we made the Popper in the first place. We wanted something that could do most of the work and turn it into a fun activity. Something that would let us kiss pot-shaking workouts and scorched popcorn goodbye.
Sure, a pot with a lid gets the work done. However, if you’re serious about popcorn, I think you’ll love the Popsmith. It’s a definite upgrade!
