Hello π
It's Pedro
here with the first newsletter of 2026! Weβve
been busy working on the new Raycast for Mac,
Raycast for Windows, and for iOS. As always,
team picks at the bottom of the email.
Raycast for Windows
Windows has been getting a lot of love lately!
We've shipped a bunch of updates since the
public beta launch, and the feedback has been
incredible.
Typing Practice is now available! We've
collaborated with Monkeytype
to bring you a great typing experience. Start a
new session using the
Start Typing Practice
command and choose between "Quote" or
"Time" modes. Get ready to type your
way to mastery! I remember when we launched this
on Mac and everybody loved it.
We also shipped AI Commands which lets you
automate repetitive tasks with a simple text
prompt. Pick a pre-made command like Fix Spelling and Grammar or create your own. Check our Prompt Library for inspiration.
And there's more: Windows Run is a modern
replacement for the classic Run dialog. Instead
of memorizing commands, you can browse,
discover, and run everything your system offers
directly from Raycast. Plus, Fallback Commands
are now customizable so you can manage what
shows up when there are no results in Root
Search.

Raycast for iOS
Chat Branching and Disposable Chats have landed
on iOS! Create alternate conversation paths from
any message, or start quick throwaway chats that
won't clutter your history.
You can also now import from ray.so.
seamlessly bring your Quicklinks, Snippets, AI
Commands & Presets from the web to your
phone. And yes, you can create shareable ray.so links too!

Team Picks
Time for everyone's favorite part. Team
picks!
π‘οΈ Double whammy for JoΓ£o. He got a new Combustion Inc Predictive Thermometer and a Sasquatch 617 panoramic film camera.
π Brunoβs French has reached a new level. Heβs
just read Passion Simple
by Annie Erneaux. βVery short but super
impactfulβ. Well done!
πΆ Sandy managed to get Harry Styles and Shania
Twain tickets
for Wembley. Thatβs a pretty good achievement to
be honest.
π» Sorin has playing Cairn over the weekend and heβs baffled that someone
was able translate the feeling of climbing so
faithfully into video game form.
π For a change, Steph got six balls of the new
wool from Retrosaria Rosa Pomar called matiz! It's made from campaniça and merino
preto sheep.
β‘ Johan bought this neon sign. I donβt know why but I thought he was joking
at first. But no, he did.
π Michael picked up some new lens, the one and
only Fuji XF 33mm f1.4. One to rule them all.
π Jac I bought a table runner and place mats
from Hilda Hilda.
β¨ Ilia bought this keyboard
yesterday. It's low-profile, mechanical,
not crazy expensive, Bluetooth, 1k hours on a
single charge, and supports multiple devices.
And also... It's a REALLY nice-looking board. I mean, what else do you need?
𧱠Hugo got himself a 1:8 SF24 to get ready for pre-season testing next
week!
π§ββοΈ Jordan picked up this new incense holder. Really love this, gonna get one for myself
too!
π―π΅ Marcin bought a travel futon! Made in Poland, but the company is sending
them even to Japan.
π I watched Marty Supreme
over the weekend and it was really that
good!
That's it for this month. For all changes,
check out our changelog.
See you next month!
