If fragrant and lush notes of juicy black plum, lime zest, and baking spice peak your palate, you’re in for a treat.
Colombia Huayku has all that and more and has returned to the menu.
Bordering Ecuador, the Nariño department of southwestern Colombia is a mountainous region with impressive elevations and ideal growing conditions for growing coffee, and it’s here that 200 smallholder coffee producers that make up the Federación Abades grow and process Huayku.
Huayku is a Quechua word that refers to the dramatic valley landscapes of the region, and it’s an apt name for this beloved coffee we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming back since 2013.
This year’s lot is even better than the last. Grab a bag, grab a cup, and grab on, this one will transport you.
