The 2025 Sundance Film Festival Shorts Tour presented by Vimeo is hitting the road this month. Don’t miss one of the only opportunities to see a part of the Fest program locally when our shorts collection screens at independent art houses in more than 50 cities nationwide.
Delve into the shorts that spotlight the next wave of innovative storytellers, from Christophe Radcliff’s We Were The Scenery, the Short Film Jury Award: Nonfiction–winner about two refugees who became extras in the film Apocalypse Now after fleeing from Vietnam to the Philippines, to Chheangkea’s Grandma Nai Who Played Favorites, the Short Film Jury Award: International Fiction–winner that follows the ghost of a queer man’s grandmother who goes on a mission after hearing that her grandson is getting engaged to a woman.
Don’t pass up on your chance to see the future of film. Experience projects from filmmakers who will continue the legacy of Short Film Program alums like Wes Anderson, Taika Waititi, Janicza Bravo, Damien Chazelle, and Andrea Arnold. Catch the 2025 Sundance Film Festival Shorts Tour, running through April 2026, at your local theater.
