Funny story about how things work around The Feed office…
Last year, Tia cold-emailed us asking to join our High Performance Team. One of our amazing interns (now a full-time rockstar), Lucy, reviewed it and—while noting Tia was “really qualified”—decided she didn’t quite fit our endurance-only focus at the time.
Fast forward a few months: Tia pops up on a Zoom call in our office and Lucy nearly dives behind her desk.
