Hi,
The dust has settled on the Champs-Élysées, the yellow jersey has found its final home, and just like that, another Tour de France is in the books. For the past three weeks, I've been watching, learning, and most recently sleuthing around team buses to bring you the inside scoop on how the world's best cyclists fuel their superhuman efforts.
Now that it's over, I'm making ALL 21 Stages of Deals available for one final day before they disappear.
The Big Three: What Really Powered the Peloton
After all my conversations with team doctors, sports scientists, and riders themselves, three things dominated this year's Tour:
🍒 Cherries: Move over ketones and beets—tart cherry is THE nutrition story of 2025. I lost count of the number or riders clutching plastic bottles of cherry juice after stages. Why? The polyphenols and anthocyanins dramatically reduce inflammation and improve next-day recovery. The riders all told me the same thing: these drinks are surprisingly refreshing and not overly sweet—more like cherry-flavored water. Enervit's Magic Cherry is ready to ship in two days and The Amacx Cherry Product will be back in stock soon. You can try another excellent option from Sante Madre that I really enjoy.
💤 Sleep: The secret arms race! I was fascinated to discover entire trucks and staff dedicated to optimizing riders' sleep environments. Teams are installing special mattresses, hospital-grade cleaning protocols, custom air conditioning, and Eight Sleep mattress covers. The investment in recovery is absolutely next-level.
🔋 Carbs: The numbers are staggering. Ben Healy's Yellow Jersey stage consisted of 800g of carbs in 5 hours—and he was actually UNDER-fueling compared to some other pros! The target for elite riders is now 160g+ of carbs per hour, with most using a combination of high-carb drinks and specialized gels.

What's Hot Right Now
☁️ Dream Shot - Our most successful product launch in Feed history! We sold 50,000 bottles in 48 hours, and the second production (arriving August 6th) is already 50% sold out. I created Dream Shot to fix my own broken sleep—using real tart cherry juice, Magtein® magnesium, glycine, L-theanine, and more to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and get deeper, more restorative sleep. No melatonin, no pills, just a 2oz shot before bed. The most requested product by riders and team doctors at the Tour was to snag some Dream Shot. Pre-order now to secure yours!
🧪 The Feed Lab - I heard your feedback about nutrition costs getting out of hand. Our solution? High-quality staples at permanently affordable prices—30% less than competitors. The lineup includes:
-
High Carb Drink Mix: Perfect 2:1 ratio with just three ingredients ($20 for 30 servings)
-
Creatine: German-made Creapure, NSF certified ($25 for 60 servings)
-
Whey Protein: Optimal blend of isolate, native whey, and concentrate ($33 for 20 servings)
That's a wrap on another incredible Tour de Feed! I'd love to know what you found most interesting from this year's race.
À bientôt

P.S. How to Apply Tour Learnings to Your Training...
Fueling: Start at 80g carbs per hour and work up if you're comfortable. The easiest way is using a high-carb drink (60-90g bottles) plus strategic gel use.
Recovery: Try the cherry recovery strategy immediately after hard workouts—the riders swear by it, and so do I.
Sleep: Fix your sleep for better recovery. You might not have a team preparing your bedroom each night, but Dream Shot can help you get the same sleep scores as the pros.
Pre-Workout: Time your gels properly. Taking them 10-30 minutes before can actually cause an insulin spike and crash. Either take one an hour before or right as you start your workout.
Cramping: Try a vinegar-based cramp solution like the Fixx Nutrition spray I spotted in team cars.
