Hi,
Getting sick is the absolute worst, and if youβre anything like me, it always happens at the most inconvenient time. Last winter, I found out that pretty much every World Cup ski racer I talked to was using this product from Germany to keep themselves healthy during the racing season.
Of course, I had to investigate, so I ordered some from Germany, tried it out, and I loved it. After months of working to bring it on board, itβs finally here! Itβs called Orthomol Immun, and now itβs available at The Feedβjust in time for you to avoid the sick season.
A lot of the ski racers I spoke with take it daily, but I tend to use it when I notice any of these signs:
β’ My recovery score is lower than usual
β’ Iβm feeling like Iβm coming down with something
β’ Before, during, and a couple of days after traveling
If youβve ever had a vitamin IV, you know itβs the gold standard for getting a boost of vitamins and micronutrients. Afterward, you feel like a brand-new person. Orthomol is the first oral supplement Iβve found that gives me that same feeling.
Itβs really simple to use. Each daily dose has two parts: a liquid shot (like a little fruit juice) in the bottom and two tablets built into the topβone with iodine and the other with folic acid. Youβll notice the B vitamins right away, you can kind of smell them after you take it!
The rest of the formula is packed with 25 essential micronutrients to help you stay healthy and recover faster if you do get sick.
It comes in a 30-day box, and they recommend taking it daily for 30 days to start. I started mine this week and plan to take it again whenever I feel like somethingβs coming on or my recovery score is off.
Taste-wise, itβs not bad at all, and itβs super convenient for travelβyou can even use the vitamin shot to wash down the tablets!
Orthomol also makes other formulas, including versions for sports performance, cardio performance, and a daily formula for year-round use. The βvital fβ version is designed for women, and βvital mβ is for men.
Best,
Matt
